2 pinches fleur de sel
some pepper
2 springs of flat-leaf parsley
coarsely chopped

Preheat the cooking space with top/bottom heat to 180 °C. Carefully crack each egg one-at-a time into a small bowl and transfer to the prepared ramekins. Place the ramekins on the wire shelf and insert into the preheated cooking space. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until softly set. Remove, season with fleur de sel and pepper, sprinkle with parsley.
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180 °C with Top/bottom heat
Preheating completed. Insert cookware.
Top/bottom heat 180 °C for 10 Mins
Tips
Add some smoked salmon or vegetable strips to the ramekins with the eggs, or drizzle with a little truffle oil after cooking. This breakfast idea can be adapted to taste.
