200 g dark chocolate
(70%)
125 g butter
in pieces
100 g icing sugar
4 eggs
2½ tbsp white flour
4 tbsp walnut halves
coarsely chopped
some icing sugar
for dusting
Brownies
Preheat the cooking space with hot air to 180 °C. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt over a hot water bath. Stir in icing sugar and allow to cool slightly. Fold in the eggs, then mix in the flour and walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray. Place the tray on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove, let the brownies cool, then dust with some icing sugar, and cut into squares.
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180 °C with Hot air
Preheating completed. Insert cookware.
