Marinate chicken
1 tbsp mild paprika
1½ tbsp dried oregano
3 tsp pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
4 chicken breasts
2 springs of thyme
leaves plucked

¾ tsp fleur de sel
Marinate chicken
Mix the paprika and all ingredients up to and including the dried thyme in a bowl. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts, mix with the spice blend, place in a vacuum bag with the thyme leaves, vacuum seal. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.

Place the chicken in the vacuum-sealed bag on a perforated stainless steel tray, insert into the cooking space. Cook with Vacuisine© at 65 °C for approximately 25 minutes. Remove, take the chicken breasts out of the bag. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Sear the chicken breasts on all sides for approximately 2 minutes and season with fleur de sel.

Tips
Serve chicken breasts with rice and bell peppers.
