Instead of describing the malfunction of your appliance over the telephone, we are now able to assist you in analysing and solving the problem via your mobile phone’s camera.

How it works:

  1. Call us (on your smartphone).

  3. The V-ZUG employee will send a link to your smartphone via text message while you are on the phone with us.
  4. Opening the link establishes an encrypted connection. After you confirm it, a live session is launched via the smartphone’s camera.
  5. The V-ZUG employee can use the camera to see the problem, give you instructions or capture visual information.
  6. The connection to your smartphone is a one-time connection. It is not possible to reactivate access once the call is finished.
