In a small group of up to 10 participants, take a culinary journey through the world of steaming and sous vide cooking. You will help to prepare recipes from Marietta Elsener’s cookbook, ‘Aus Liebe zum Dampf’ and learn how to prepare meat perfectly using sous vide techniques. You will also learn just how efficient and gentle cooking can be with a steamer.
With the support of the course tutor, you will work with the other participants to prepare a soup, a special starter, a main dish of meat cooked sous vide, side dishes and a dessert. The course tutor will be on hand with tips and suggestions, and ready to answer any questions relating to the operation of the appliances.
