Recipe serves 12


250 g puff pastry, ø 32 cm
5 apples, sour
50 g sugar
30 g butter


Spread the sugar over the baking tray. Put the tray on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake (3 step).
Take the tray out of the cooking space and then add small knobs of butter all around the tray.
Peel, quarter, core and slice the apples. Spread the slices of apple evenly over the butter-caramel mixture.
Cover the apple over with the puff pastry. Prick the pastry lightly with a fork.
Put the tarte into the cooking space while still warm. Bake (6 step).
Take the tarte out of the cooking space and turn out upside down.
