«Sous vide» is now covered along with «Steam». Let yourself be whisked away to a secret, culinary world and be amazed ... by the enchanting steam dishes that still leave you with their original aroma.

In a small group of 6 to 8 participants, you will go on a 5-hour «tasting journey» through «steam & sous vide». Firstly, you will learn how efficiently the cooking space of a (Combi)-Steam appliance can be used with the appropriate Gastronorm cooking trays. Secondly, you will be able to take a look into the world of «sous vide» and discover the excellent options afforded by this cooking method.

Together, we will conjure up, for example, a soup, a special starter, a main course with «sous vide» meat and side dishes, as well as a tempting dessert – and then enjoy sampling the results. As the course progresses, you can ask questions, share experiences and receive lots of tips. This is definitely an interesting «steam cookery workshop» not to be missed.
